No, this type of thermosensitive printer does not require consumables such as ink, toner, orribbons. The color development principle relies on the printer's movement heating to make thethermosensitive paper, and the color development agent on top of it produces the color thatwe see as a small ticket. The reason for unclear printing of thermal printers is mostly relatedto the thermal color agent coating of thermal paper. However, cheap thermal paper on themarket has poor thermal color agent, resulting in blurry printing and short retention time ofhandwriting. Generally, the handwriting will fade and disappear after 3-6 months. Long termthermal paper uses imported thermal color agent, which can print clearly and retain Japanesehandwriting for a relatively long time (1-3 years). Attention: Due to the chemical properties ofthermosensitive colorants, thermosensitive paper should be stored away from light, water.and high temperatures to avoid failure.
