Maintenance methods when the machine is not working during holidays of more than 4 days

    a. Firstly, set the ink valve switch to a vertical position (with the iron pillar facing upwards);  b. Remove the sealing head from the upper end of the ink valve, connect a 6 * 4 ink pipe or air pipe with a syringe, extract ink cleaning solution to clean the ink inside the nozzle. First, unscrew the plug cover of the ink discharge pipe, rinse the inside of the nozzle, then tighten the plug cover, and rinse the nozzle hole until the liquid coming out from the surface of the nozzle appears transparent. (Note: The pressure should not be too high. It is sufficient to see ink droplets on the surface of the nozzle, otherwise excessive pressure can damage the nozzle);  c.
