What should I do if there is a problem with the heating element of the UV flatbed printer?
1. The voltage of the heating power box of the UV flatbed printer is too low
Open the power box cover of the UV flatbed printer and check the voltage value to see if it is too low. If it is too low, check if the voltage regulator is working properly.
2. Poor heating contact
Check if the contact between the heating element and the nozzle circuit is loose or broken. If so, reconnect it to restore normal operation.
3. Heating element aging
This is a normal phenomenon. The heating element of the UV flatbed printer nozzle has been working for a long time, usually showing aging after 6 months. It can be replaced with a new heating element.
4. Poor thermal conductivity of the heating element
Check if the screws between the heating element and the UV flatbed printer nozzle are loose, causing the gap to widen, or if there are foreign objects in the heat transfer area. Clean them in a timely manner and tighten them together.
5. The UV flatbed printer has not been reset
Reset the UV flatbed printer and turn it back on, so that the heating element will heat up.
