a. Firstly, set the ink valve switch to a vertical position (with the iron pillar facing upwards);
b. Remove the sealing head from the upper end of the ink valve, connect a 6 * 4 ink pipe or air pipe with a syringe, extract ink cleaning solution to clean the ink inside the nozzle. First, unscrew the plug cover of the ink discharge pipe, rinse the inside of the nozzle, then tighten the plug cover, and rinse the nozzle hole until the liquid coming out from the surface of the nozzle appears transparent. (Note: The pressure should not be too high. It is sufficient to see ink droplets on the surface of the nozzle, otherwise excessive pressure can damage the nozzle);
c. After cleaning, use a syringe to blow air and flush out all the cleaning solution from the nozzle. (Also, first unscrew the cap to flush the inside of the nozzle, and then tighten the cap to flush the spray hole);
d. Use a syringe to extract an appropriate amount of moisturizing solution from the nozzle (be careful not to use cleaning solution), and slowly inject it into the nozzle until the moisturizing solution flows out;
e. Close the ink valve normally to keep the moisturizer inside the nozzle;
f. Follow the method of 1 to moisturize the nozzle normally;
g. Close the software to save parameters, turn off the emergency stop switch, turn off the computer, and turn off all circuit switches;
h. Cover the machine head with a black cloth to prevent the nozzle from shining.
