Solution to ink solidification in winter UV flatbed printers

　　What should I do if the ink of the UV flatbed printer solidifies in winter in the north?

　　1. Pour hot water into the basin, then place the original bucket of ink in the water, but be careful to prevent water vapor from entering. When the water temperature drops to around 27 ℃, remove it, open the lid and stir evenly before use;

　　2. In case of emergency, boiling water can be used for external heating;

　　3. Place the original ink of the UV flatbed printer on a radiator or in a warm room;

　　The temperature of the UV flatbed printer in the workshop should be maintained at around 27 ℃.

　　UV cylindrical printers are easy to achieve seamless printing docking because of our spiral printing algorithm.
