　　Usage steps:

　　① Fill the ink cartridge with cleaning solution.

　　② When the printing quality drops or there is a disconnection phenomenon during testing the mesh, follow the normal method of replacing the ink cartridge and install an ink cartridge containing cleaning solution.

　　③ Execute print head cleaning, and after cleaning, execute the testing mesh program until the mesh test is normal. For color cleaning solution, the cleaned mesh can be directly seen in the test. The cleaning effect of other cleaning solutions can be tested by installing ink cartridges for mesh testing.

　　④ After the mesh test is OK, remove the cleaning ink cartridge and attach a sealing strip to the air duct and cleaning solution outlet for reuse.

　　The second method is to soak and clean the print head with cleaning solution in a container.

　　① Take a clean container and pour a small amount of cleaning solution into it.

　　② Remove the problematic nozzle and soak it in it. Do not allow the cleaning solution to reach the nozzle's electrical and contact plates (to prevent short circuits or damage caused by water wetting).

　　③ The soaking time depends on the clogging time of the nozzle. For nozzles that have just been clogged and cannot be cleaned properly, they can be removed and treated for 1-5 hours. For nozzles that have been delayed for a long time, they can be soaked for 12-24 hours.

　　How to use cleaning solution correctly for tablet printers

　　Some precautions to be taken during cleaning:

　　1. The cleaning solution is completely compatible with original ink and natural ink, and does not cause any damage to the printing head and ink supply pipeline.

　　2. After opening the ink cartridge, if there is no replacement ink cartridge temporarily, you can replace it with a cleaning ink cartridge to protect the print head.

　　3. The cleaning solution should not be used on print heads whose internal structure has been damaged or whose service life has expired.

　　4. When cleaning the nozzle, try to avoid contact with the circuit of the nozzle as much as possible.

　　5. After cleaning, before installing the cleaned print head, ensure that the nozzle circuit is dry.

　　6. In the normal maintenance of the nozzle, when the tablet printer is not working, a few drops of cleaning solution can be added to the wet state of the sponge nozzle of the reset ink pad of the nozzle.

　　7. Cleaning liquids have a certain degree of volatility, and should be stored in a sealed state and placed in a lower temperature area.

　　8. If cleaning solution splashes into the eyes and other areas, rinse with clean water first, then wipe. If the problem is serious, go to the hospital for examination.

　　9. The road board has been soaked, please clean it and dry it before testing on the machine, otherwise it may burn out the circuit.
