  How to clean printer clogged ink heads

  Customer question: The inkjet printer nozzle has been changed to a larger ink supply, cleaned N times, ventilated N times with a syringe, tested or disconnected. How can we solve this problem?

  Many friends have encountered the problem of nozzle blockage when using inkjet printers.

  In general, everyone solves this problem by repeatedly performing the "cleaning" operation in the printer control software, but this method will result in a large amount of ink being wasted;

  Some friends use alcohol for cleaning, which has a good effect, but it is not suitable for all products and may have a certain impact on certain material nozzles.

  In fact, if you have enough patience, a few drops of water can completely help you solve this problem:

  1. Firstly, remove the ink cartridge (nozzle) from the printer (be careful not to damage the print nozzle);

  2. Invert the printing nozzle horizontally upwards (be sure to make sure the ink cartridge injection port is sealed beforehand to prevent ink from flowing out);

  3. Use a dropper to drop a drop of clean water onto the printing nozzle, gently allowing the water to slowly seep into the nozzle. If the water dries, add another drop of water;

  Repeat this process until the water droplets bubble open the dry ink on the nozzle (usually takes 4-10 minutes);

  Finally, reinstall the ink cartridge (nozzle) into the printer. If you are still unsure, you can use pure water to put it into a clean old ink cartridge and perform one or two cleaning operations again.
