　　1、 Sports system maintenance

　　The motion system includes high-speed guide rails and screws, as well as motors, drivers, and sensors that drive their movement. We need to check the wear of the guide rail and screw, clean the surface of the oil and dust, and add an appropriate amount of rust proof oil or lubricating oil; Check the wear of the bearings and couplings on the X/Y/Z axes of the transmission components, whether the screws are loose, and whether the belt is worn. Check whether the signals of each sensor are sensitive and whether there is dust.

　　2、 Ink Road System Maintenance

　　After a certain period of operation, there may be some sediment generated in the pipelines of the ink circuit system. At this time, we need to clean the sediment thoroughly. After using the ink circuit system for a year, we need to clean or replace it. We can choose which method to maintain the ink circuit system according to the use of the equipment. We must regularly replace the filters on the ink system (it is recommended to replace them every 6 months), and the nozzle needs regular maintenance.

　　Maintenance methods when the machine is not working during the 1-3 day holiday

　　a. After pressing the ink, print the nozzle test strip, make a record, and then use a clean, dust-free cloth dipped in cleaning solution to wipe the surface of the nozzle clean. Confirm that there is no dirt or ink residue on the surface of the nozzle. Then turn off the secondary ink cartridge and lower the switch iron column of the secondary ink cartridge 45 ° to the right;

　　b. Take a foam board with the same size as the base plate of the nozzle, wrap the surface with plastic wrap, and take dust prevention measures;

　　c. Place a dust-free cloth on the surface and moisten the surface with a nozzle moisturizer (be careful not to use cleaning solution to moisturize). Due to the long downtime, it is advisable to pour in a little more moisturizer;

　　d. Place the prepared moisturizing foam board on the waste ink tank tray, and use the software to control the lifting motor screw of the trolley to slowly drop, so that the surface of the nozzle is fully in contact with the dust-free cloth (do not press too tightly, just contact);

　　e. Turn off the power of the machine and reset various function switches;

　　f. Cover the machine head with a black cloth to prevent the nozzle from shining.
