Common problems and solutions for tablet printers

　　3. Place waste ink cartridges under the nozzle to prevent ink from flowing onto the ground. Other common issues with tablet printers:

　　Problem one, there is a broken ink grid when printing. Solution: The grating is dirty. You need to use a cotton swab dipped in clean water to wipe the upper and lower parts of the grating. After cleaning, use a dry cotton swab to wipe the water dry.

　　Question two, unrecognizable ink cartridge. Solution: If the decryption card is loose, it needs to be reinserted or if the decryption card is broken.

　　Problem three, misplaced printing. resolvent:

　　1. The belt rubbing belt pulley is stuck, and the pulley needs to be adjusted.

　　2. The servo motor is broken and needs to be replaced.

　　The copper ring is dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

　　Problem four, the nozzle does not produce ink. resolvent:

　　1. The car board heats up and needs to be shut down to rest.

　　2. The electric shock strip is damaged and needs to be replaced.

　　The nozzle is blocked and needs to be cleaned by suction.

　　The ink pipe interface is blocked, it needs to be unplugged and inserted a few more times.

　　5. Spray nozzle interference, swap the position of the spray nozzle, and use a tissue to pad between the spray nozzle and the electric shock strip to check which spray nozzle interference is causing, and replace the spray nozzle.
