Common issues with tablet printers
Although the operation of a tablet printer is simple, it is not easy for beginners. There may be some problems, which may lead to errors in the quality of the printed image. How can we solve this problem? Don't worry, the editor has already sorted out these three common questions for you.
1、 Printing media: In the production process of tablet printers, the quality of image printing can be affected due to nozzle malfunctions and media position adjustments. The main reason is that the nozzle drips and leaks ink, or the nozzle is too close to the material medium, causing friction on the surface of the medium and damaging the image quality. Printing materials must be laid flat, which will be a better equipment and suction device. Of course, another reason is that the printing material is too transparent or too thick. At this point, it is necessary to reload the printing material to ensure a smooth surface and replace the opaque printing material.
2、 Ink droplet phenomenon: Occasionally, ink droplets may appear during the printing process of a tablet printer, usually due to poor ventilation caused by the humid air filter on the ink cartridge. This may also be due to the small hairs and dust on the nozzle of the tablet printer. When these stains accumulate to a certain extent, the ink will automatically drip out. To solve this problem, we need to replace the air filter and clean the sprinkler head with special cleaning solution. We need to carefully inspect the two edges of the lightbox cloth to see if there are any excess burrs. If there are, we can use a lighter to easily handle them.
3、 Data transmission: You may encounter a situation where the tablet printer cannot print even when the start button is pressed, because the indicator light of the tablet printer will flash continuously after transmitting printing data. This is also a common printing malfunction that is difficult to handle due to inexperienced operators. It should be noted that if the tablet printer terminates the printing operation improperly, even if the printing work is stopped, some residual printing data will still be transmitted to the tablet printer on the computer end, and these printing data will still be retained in memory. However, for the tablet printer, this data is invalid, so printing work will not be possible, which will also lead to subsequent printing work not being able to proceed normally.
