In fact, there are several factors that make our cylindrical printer faster:
We use Ricoh G5I nozzles, each with 4 rows of holes for simultaneous inkjet printing, and a total of 12 rows of holes for three nozzles. However, ordinary nozzles only have 2 rows of holes, while three nozzles have 6 rows of holes. At the same time, our inkjet output is twice that of ordinary nozzles.
If the cylindrical printer only needs to print colors, our four column hole nozzle can complete all colors at once, while a regular nozzle requires two nozzles to have four column holes. Therefore, the printed product needs to go through two nozzles to complete all colors. Our nozzle printing process is twice as long as that of a regular nozzle.
When printing varnish, the lamp should not be used to irradiate the product for a long time, otherwise the varnish just sprayed on the product will not have time to flow flat and spread out, resulting in rough and uneven varnish effect. Therefore, most manufacturers use varnish to print separately and control the lamp to intermittently turn on and off, but this results in doubling the printing time. The company has developed a lamp control system, which is currently exclusive in China (patented). This system ensures that when the product is printing white and color areas, the lamp stays on for a long time, and when it reaches the varnish area, the lamp can intermittently turn on and off. The white color varnish can pass through all nozzles at once to complete the printing.
Our cylindrical printer adopts spiral printing algorithm, which is the third generation algorithm of cylindrical printing and is close to the ceiling of cylindrical printing algorithm. This method is faster than the traditional first generation scanning method, and the rotation step is 2 or even 3 times faster the next day.
