There are usually two reasons for the high graininess of white ink in tablet printers: quality issues with the white ink itself, and issues with the curve. The solution is as follows:
1. Compared to other pigment inks, white ink itself has larger precipitates and impurities due to the addition of titanium dioxide. If the quality of the white ink used is poor, on the one hand, it will accelerate the clogging process of the nozzle, shorten its service life, and on the other hand, there will be large particle size and ink breakage during the printing process. This requires contacting the manufacturer to replace with higher quality ink.
2. Problems with curves
When there is a large particle size in white ink, the general curve used is a larger printed curve. You can contact the manufacturer and send a smaller printed curve to replace it, which can solve this problem.
It should be noted that if the tablet printer itself has a mixing function for ink, it can be turned on for 5 minutes before printing begins. If there is no mixing function, manual mixing is required.
