How to distinguish the effectiveness of a tablet printer?

The printing ink produced, especially offset ink, uses relatively environmentally friendly raw materials, and its toxicity is relatively low. But ink still has a certain degree of irritation and corrosiveness to the skin. Ink generally does not add any volatile solvents, making it more environmentally friendly compared to other types of products. Currently, low mobility products for food packaging are being developed to further enhance food safety.

Universal printer, also known as universal ink, is a solvent ink that is commonly used in all materials. There are many chemical components of universal printer ink, and generally speaking, universal printer ink is a liquid ink that uses the electric field force between the nozzle of the inkjet universal printer and the substrate to spray in a predetermined area on the substrate surface to form an imprint representing graphic and textual information. Inkjet ink can be likened to the blood of the inkjet system. The performance of inkjet ink directly affects the output quality of inkjet images, and some even affect the smooth progress of inkjet operations.

The general characteristics of universal printer ink are stable physical and chemical properties, non corrosive to metal objects such as nozzles, and not easily engulfed by bacteria, making it less prone to combustion and fading; Ink has good spray and drying properties, and does not block the nozzle or dry on the nozzle wall during the spraying process. However, after spraying, the ink can dry and firmly adhere to the surface of various types of printing materials; The printing performance of ink, such as color density, viscosity, and surface tension, meets the requirements of digital printing because ink affects the color brightness of inkjet printed images, while viscosity and surface tension directly affect the normal operation of inkjet operations.

UV curing ink refers to the use of different wavelengths and energies of UV light to polymerize monomers in ink linkers into polymers under UV irradiation, resulting in ink film formation and drying. Ink also belongs to the category of inks. As inks, they must have bright colors (except in special circumstances), good printing adaptability, and suitable curing and drying rates. At the same time, it has good adhesion and features such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.

Ink is a type of ink that does not require solvents, has a fast drying speed, good gloss, bright colors, water resistance, solvent resistance, and good wear resistance. At present, ink has become a relatively mature ink technology, with almost zero pollutant emissions. According to statistics, the annual production of ink is about 16000 tons in Japan, 18000 tons in Europe, and 19000 tons in North America. It should be noted that water-based ink in ink is currently a new research direction in the field of ink. Due to the high viscosity of prepolymers in ordinary inks, active diluents need to be added for dilution. The diluents currently used, such as acrylic ester compounds, have varying degrees of skin irritation and toxicity. Therefore, while developing low viscosity prepolymers and low toxicity diluents, another development direction is to study water-based inks, which use water and ethanol as diluents. Currently, water-based inks have been successfully developed and applied in some printing enterprises.
