A printer is a high-tech typeless full-color digital printing machine. It is not limited by any materials and can be printed on surfaces such as tiles, background walls, movable doors, cabinet doors, sliding doors, glass, panels, various signs, crystals, PVC, acrylic, metal, plastic, stone, leather, etc. It has the characteristics of bright color, wear resistance, UV resistance, simple and convenient operation, and fast printing of images, fully complying with industrial printing standards. Proper use of a printer can ensure its effectiveness. How to better maintain a printer?
1. Ensure that the environment around the tablet printer is clean. Excessive dust in the working environment can easily lead to poor lubrication of the car guide shaft, hinder the movement of the print head during the printing process, cause inaccurate printing position, or impact the mechanical frame, resulting in damage and collision. When the printer restarts without returning to its original position, it first returns the printer to its original position and then cleans the nozzle, resulting in unnecessary ink waste.
2. Ensure that the tablet printer has a stable working platform and do not place anything on the top of the tablet printer. The front cover of the printer must be closed during printing to prevent dust from entering the machine or other hard objects from obstructing the movement of the printer cart. It is prohibited to plug and unplug printer cables online, as this can damage the printer's printing port and the parallel port of the PC, and even seriously damage the motherboard. If the print output is unclear, the printer's automatic cleaning function can be used to clean the nozzle, but it will consume a small amount of ink. If the printing effect is still unsatisfactory after several consecutive washes, the ink may run out and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
Before shutting down, return the print head to its original position (when the printer is in a suspended state, the print head automatically returns to its original position). In this way, the printer can avoid wasting ink and restart when cleaning the sprinkler head. Secondly, the nozzle can be sealed with a protective cover in its initial position to prevent clogging.
4. Ink cartridges need to be regularly calibrated: Users with experience using printers know that printers should correct the printer after reinstalling or replacing ink cartridges to improve printing accuracy and quality.
When the ink cartridge is not in use for a long time, it should be placed at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight. Due to the rapid evaporation of ink in this environment, it is easy to cause nozzle blockage. In addition, in low temperature and humid environments, the print head circuit and ink are prone to problems.
