　　1、 Printer paper jam deformation

　　This situation mostly occurs in humid weather, as the cardboard boxes are usually designed at the bottom of the body, which can easily cause paper deformation and lead to paper deviation on the paper path. The solution is to put a package of desiccant in the cardboard box. Of course, there is also a possibility that the aging or damage of internal components of the printer may affect the smoothness of the paper path. You can open the printer and carefully observe the position of the paper jam, try testing with different papers, and if the problem persists, it is recommended to take it to the after-sales repair center.

　　2、 Replace the printer with a new ink cartridge and the ink run out light remains on

　　Some printers measure ink capacity using an electronic counter inside the printer. When the counter reaches a certain value, the printer determines that the ink is running out. During the ink cartridge replacement process, the printer will reset its internal electronic counter to confirm the installation of a new ink cartridge. If there is a prompt for the details of the light section, you can move the print head to the ink cartridge replacement position, remove it, and reinstall it. It is possible to remove the old ink cartridge and replace it with a new one while the device is turned off. Because after replacing the ink cartridge, the printer will fill the ink transfer system with ink, and this process cannot be carried out in a shutdown state, making it impossible for the printer to detect the reinstalled ink cartridge.

　　3、 Abnormal noise from printer startup

　　One of the faults: When maintaining the printer, the specified lubricating oil was not used, and other lubricants were used instead, causing the slider to become obscure, resulting in poor movement of the printer.

　　Fault 2: Due to the lack of maintenance on the sliding rod for a long time, the car's movement is not smooth, causing abnormal noises.
